You don’t need staff to package and ship the books. You won’t need to buy packing materials and pay for the shipping either. People simply log onto your site and download the book. (If you’re a fan of the environment, you won’t be killing trees by selling e-books, either.) 

And if you’re permitted to do so by your resell license, you can take that e-book, rename or re-title it, change the cover, modify the content, or otherwise personalize it as your own product and make it work for you. You own it and can do whatever you want to do with it. You can sell it in any manner you want and charge any price you want to for it. E-books are just the tip of the iceberg.
